- Sales Analysis
- Collect, analyze, and interpret business data using tools such as Power BI and SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to Vice President, including coordinating communication and interpretation functions (Translations) between departments, scheduling meetings, and general support.
- Financial Reporting
- Assist in the review and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for retail and distribution operations. Track expenses, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Data Entry & Analysis
- Extract information from existing databases and spreadsheets with accurate and up-to-date information related to sales, inventory, and operational metrics. Analyze data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field desired
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and develop actionable recommendations using Power BI and SQL.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
- Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
