Job Description:
Strategic Improvement CoordinatorSupports the retail and warehouse distribution operation for the leading Asian American Grocery distribution company. This hybrid role combines analytical expertise with administrative support to optimize supply chain and financial performance, and streamline administrative processes. Fluency in both Korean and English is essential for effective communication with diverse stakeholders.Job Description
  • Sales Analysis
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret business data using tools such as Power BI and SQL to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Generate reports and insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to Vice President, including coordinating communication and interpretation functions (Translations) between departments, scheduling meetings, and general support.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Assist in the review and analysis of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for retail and distribution operations. Track expenses, ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Data Entry & Analysis
    • Extract information from existing databases and spreadsheets with accurate and up-to-date information related to sales, inventory, and operational metrics. Analyze data to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Retail Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field desired
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, extract insights, and develop actionable recommendations using Power BI and SQL.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
    • Fluency in both Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
