Role Description:Overall Responsibilities:The Strategy and Operations organization is the in-house dedicated team that supports business units.In this role, you will join the Strategy and Operations team that supports the Learning business unit.The Learning organization has the mission to train millions of learners, particularly customers and partners on how to use Cloud products and solutions.Training drives product adoption and Cloud consumption.Responsibilities:Partner with the Director of Customer Training to develop and promote strategy, analyze performance, optimize operations, and support key strategic projects.Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to derive insights and develop strategies to effectively support the Cloud Learning Services business.Be the key point person for the creation of monthly/quarterly business reviews, planning off-sites, and executive briefings on the status of the organization's performance.Act as a liaison between the Business Intelligence and Customer Training team, helping to prioritize data and reporting needs that will best support the business.Support Cloud Learning Services and the overall Cloud business by providing subject matter expertise on Customer TrainingMandatory:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.5 years of experience working in a Strategy and Operations role either in technology, consulting, or internal corporate strategy.Experience with Workspace (Sheets, Slides, etc.) or equivalent tools.Desired:MBA or Master's degree.Experience and comfort with large datasets, synthesizing insights, and recommending actions from data.Experience with or at large enterprise organizations, managing internal stakeholders and presenting to executives and technical management teams.Experience planning and managing at both the strategic and operational levels.Ability to be successful in a complex, globally scaled product, sales, and engineering environment.Proficiency in SQL and other dashboarding and data visualization tools.Education:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
