OverviewVTG is looking for Strategic Planning & Integration (SP&I) Engineers. We have one (1) opening in Denver, Colorado and one (1) in New Mexico.What will you do?Provide support to assist MS&O lead in conceptualizing, developing, executing, and maintaining strategic guidance, policy, and related planning documents, to include strategic plans and master plans. All policy shall be reviewed and approved by the MS&O Chief of Staff or designee.Assist MS&O with administrative duties in executing Program Status Reviews.Assist MS&O with administrative duties in executing Quarterly Program Reviews.Assist with the Integrated Planning Roadmap (IPR) data collection and analysis.Work with the Government to develop and facilitate leadership and management strategic planning off-sites. (CDRL A104, Strategic Planning Off-sites)Work with the Government to develop and facilitate related working groups and teams as necessary action teams for strategic planning.Work with the Government to provide guidance regarding roles and responsibilities and recommendations for effective strategies and objectives.Support future MS&O operational system planning efforts and develop and deliver a MS&O Strategic Roadmap, with focus on the early identification and resolution of technical and facilities issues associated with system requirements, interface, CONOPS, architectures, mission impact, acquisition, and overall design. (CDRL E059)Provide support to MS&O leadership, staff members, and related working groups and teams as necessary to ensure activities align and integrate with MS&O strategic priorities.Support NRO-level resilience efforts to include coordination with the Resilience Integrated Planning Office (RIPO).Support NRO planning and wargaming efforts to ensure MS&O equities are represented.Attend SP&I meetings and develop all necessary documents, schedules, etc., to support the Strategic Planning and Integration activities.Assist in the drafting, coordination, and dissemination of MS&O strategic communications.Assist in coordinating and drafting MS&O Tracking Information and Enterprise Response (TIER) tasks and responses.Support MS&O level system implementation planning and concept of operations development.Support stakeholders in monthly and/or quarterly comprehensive program reviews by providing SP&I expertise.Coordinate with Government and industry organizations and teams to identify and validate current and future technology and mission thrusts.Assist with the formulation of future strategies, and prepare and present a summarized assessment with recommendations.Support execution and planning of ADF-SW infrastructure projects. These include: building 10-3, new visitors center, mail handling, and vehicle inspection facility, as well as the planned MOC and MDC.Assist site leadership to develop and implement strategic objectives across the Division to help manage change and align the Division with MS&O and MOD strategic objectives.Support to NRO/MS&O Facilities Master Planning efforts. In order to be successful, active coordination and participation will be required from all entities at the Mission Ground Stations as well as the HQ teams. The push for mission resiliency across the enterprise leads to an ever-evolving list of mission needs that MS&O will have to support.Do you have what it takes?- TS/SCI CI Poly- Bachelor's or Master's Degree- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in developing/executing strategic planning activities, including a minimum of 5 years' experience in the IC integrating diverse groups of people to include senior leaders. #J-18808-Ljbffr
