TITLE: Associate Pricing Strategy and Operations Manager
LOCATION: 12 months
ANTICIPATED DURATION: 12 months
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate activities between the Pricing, Marketing and Sales teams on our offers processes
• Utilize SQL to support reporting, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide data insights
• Perform comprehensive ad-hoc analyses to track and evaluate performance of commercial model initiatives, offering actional insights and recommendations
• Identify opportunities for program improvements, including the automation of systems and streamlining of workflows, and lead these initiatives
• Design, manage and maintain performance dashboards to monitor business line performance and analyze business drivers
Requirements:
• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in Pricing, Business Analytics, Business Operations, Project/Program Management, or a related role, preferably within the tech or internet industry
• 2+ years' of proficiency in SQL and experience with data analysis and reporting
Preferred Experience:
• Strong project management skills and experience in leading cross-functional initiatives
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a simplified manner
• Project tracking experience
• Intermediate expertise in SQL and advanced data analysis, including experience with big data tools and platforms
• Proven track record in designing, managing, and maintaining performance dashboards using tools like Tableau or Microsoft BI
• Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills by developing opportunity sizing; ability to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis.
• Ability to structure and communicate complex information in a simplified manner.
• Experience engaging and collaborating with cross-functional partners, especially with Go-To-Market and Growth Marketing teams.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $49.52 to $60.10 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
