  • Lead the Sales and Marketing teams, setting and managing goals and sales targets
  • Drive Growth: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and develop and execute sales strategy
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns and strategies
  • Create and nurture strong relationships with key client stakeholders at senior management levels within existing and prospective customer base.
  • Monitoring and reporting sales performance metrics and KPIs, and implementing measures to improve sales productivity and effectiveness.
  • Build and Maintain structured Sales processes for Lead Generation, Sales operations and deal closure protocols
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.

  • Digital Marketing Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with digital marketing strategies, especially in social media, with a natural ability to adapt to new technologies.
  • Industry Knowledge: Previous experience in the telecom industry is desirable but not mandatory.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent amount of relevant experience.At least 3 years of experience in a marketing or lead generation role, preferably in the telecom industry.What We Offer
