Role Overview:

The Strategic Sourcing Leader provides strategic oversight for sourcing execution, supplier management, and contract performance across assigned categories. This role drives supplier relationships, negotiates contracts, and develops strategies for continuous improvement, innovation, and cost-effectiveness. The leader ensures supplier performance, manages annual sourcing strategies, and collaborates with business units to achieve value improvements and competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sourcing activities, from RFx to contract signature, ensuring alignment with business needs and goals.
• Manage supplier relationships, including performance tracking and collaboration on strategic initiatives.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and performance management.
• Foster deep supplier partnerships, driving innovation and value creation.
• Work cross-functionally to identify sourcing needs and implement solutions.
• Monitor supplier performance against delivery, quality, and cost requirements.
• Drive supplier diversity and other supply chain initiatives.
• Lead project management efforts, tracking program progress and spending.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years in procurement/supply chain management, or Master's Degree with 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Preferred: MBA or advanced degree, experience leading global teams, and expertise in consultancy/services procurement.
• Strong communication, leadership, and business acumen.
• Ability to navigate complex issues and drive results in dynamic environments.

Pay Rate- $68- $71.59/hour
