We have an impressive track record for a small-ish team - we work with the biggest brands in the world (alongside smaller brands, too) and we have ambitions to expand our influence over the next decade.As a Strategist, you will join our team of talented strategists, growth marketers and data specialists focused on developing marketing and product strategies that drive business outcomes. We ask that you bring your critical thinking skills along with a passion for collaboration, storytelling, and better customer experiences.What you'll do: Develop and consult on marketing strategies, across multiple disciplines such as brand, connections/comms, media, UX/CX.Deliver compelling strategies that align with clients' goals.Take ownership of project tasks and milestones, managing roadmap and time effectively and proactively communicating progress against deadlines.Conduct research to provide actionable and evidence-based insights to clients.Maintain a deep knowledge of category and competitive activity, and keep a finger on the pulse of existing and emerging consumer and cultural trends.Identify creative solutions to engage clients' customers through emerging technologies and cross-channel planning.Cultivate trust by engaging clients openly, showcasing expertise with empathy, and delivering bespoke solutions with clarity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally and externally.Who you are: Marketing Strategy Experience: You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience (not inclusive of internships) in marketing strategy across brand, connections, comms, media and/or UX and CX.Curiosity & Creativity: You are a curious individual, constantly staying on top of trends in culture and the marketing industry. Your base salary offer will be determined by your career experience and skill level demonstrated throughout the interview process.Mid-Level Strategist: $65,000 - $105,000 with a midpoint of $85,000Senior Strategy Consultant: $80,000 - $120,000 with a midpoint of $100,000Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy: $100,000 - $150,000 with a midpoint of $125,000Profit Sharing: Additionally, target variable compensation for team members based on seniority are:Mid-Level Strategist: 5-10% (that is $3,250 - $10,500 on top of the base salary)Senior Strategy Consultant: 5-10% (that is $4,000 - $12,000 on top of the base salary)Health Benefits: We offer a variety of health insurance options available on the first day after the first month of employment.401k: Set your future self up for financial success! Employees can start contributing to their 401k after 30 days of employment. We offer up to a 3% match.Flexible WFH Policy: For this role, we are looking for candidates exclusively in NY or LA; however, we are generally flexible about where the team works. Our NY and LA-based team members work from the local office at least 1 day a week (typically Thursdays).Responsible PTO Policy: In addition to US holidays, we are flexible and collaborative about planning and taking time off.Family Leave: We offer 3 months of paid family leave for birthing parents and 2 months for non-birthing parents. All parents can choose to take additional time off.Personal and Professional Development Home Office Stipend: We provide a laptop and monitor plus an additional $500 to set up your home office.Office Office: We have IRL office spaces in NY and LA (as well as Amsterdam, Sydney, and London). Our team is expected to work from the NY and LA offices at least 1 day a week.Professional Development: All full-time team members receive an annual professional development budget that increases with your tenure.Retreats: Join us for company get-togethers each year.Sabbaticals: Take a 6-week break, fully paid, after every 5 years.Other Details This is a full-time opportunity for individuals living in the New York and Los Angeles Metropolitan Areas.
