About the Role:

As a Strategy Analyst at Acreage you will play a key role in supporting our business initiatives by providing in-depth analysis and insights to the Executive Leadership team. You will be responsible for monitoring key metrics, identifying trends, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive informed decision-making and operational excellence.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Perform in-depth business analysis and modeling to support business initiatives.
  • Standardize monthly analysis of business unit performance.
  • Monitor key metrics and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Prepare and present reports to the Executive Leadership team.
  • Develop dashboard reporting for operational managers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop customized reports to support day-to-day operations.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends.
  • Assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Conduct financial forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of financial systems and processes.

How you'll make a difference:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a commercial business analyst or in a similar analytical role. 4-5 years of experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.

Manufacturing environment that requires extended time standing, walking, bending and reaching. Ability to carry up to 50lbs for up to a distance of 100ft may be required. Occasional extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to cut and manipulate small objects. Ability to work in a humid and pollinated environment.
