Position Overview:
As our team has grown, the challenges related to our scale-up have grown, too. We are seeking Strategy and Operations Associate to help our teams proactively address a diverse array of cross-functional business challenges. This is a highly dynamic role for a self-starter who is adaptable, resourceful, and committed to driving the growth and success of Oberon. The Strategy and Operations Associate will support critical activities, including project management, operational improvement, process optimization, and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of relevant experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. This position is fully onsite at our Stoughton, MA office.

- Serve as a strategic partner to the Oberon Management team, providing operational support and contributing to the development and execution of key business strategies.
- Manage cross-functional projects, ensuring efficient coordination, timely delivery, and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Contribute to sales initiatives, including lead generation, customer outreach, and the development of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to align business functions with overall strategic goals.
- Display flexibility and a proactive approach, readily adapting to a variety of responsibilities and tasks as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company's growth and success with a dedication to meet business goals and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, operations, project management, or business development, preferably in the energy, sustainability, or technology sectors.
- Strong project management skills and a proven ability to drive initiatives from conception to completion.
- Experience in operational improvement, process optimization, and identifying efficiencies within a growing organization.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
