Minimum qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

+ 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

+ MBA or graduate degree.

+ Experience driving complex, cross-functional projects with complete ownership.

+ Experience or interest in advertising technology, supply/demand side platforms, or programmatic trading platforms.

+ Ability to develop and implement go-to-market strategies.

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex business challenges.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders across the organization.

Within Global Partnerships, the Sellside organization works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The team partners with Publishers and App Developers of all sizes to promote their ad inventory, working with Google's broad range of partner solutions including AdSense, AdMob, and Ad Manager, across mobile, display, and video formats, helping our partners and their audiences get the most out of the web. In addition, the Partnerships team supports Google's own product teams with essential partnerships to help power Google's user experiences in Search, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. The Exchange Platforms team also sits within the Sellside organization and focuses on partnering with Agencies, DSPs, SSPs, and networks to connect demand sources with Google partner inventory.

To better support the business, a new Sellside organization has been created that brings together the range of teams that support Sellside business operations including StratOps, L&D, Data Tools & Solutions and the Sellside scales sales engine across GBO. These groups are the business partners to the executives in the Sellside supporting on a range of topics from ongoing operations to run the business, through to transformational projects to ensure future success.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google's Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $142,000-$211,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. + Build trusted relationships with the Exchange Platforms and Americas Director and Leadership team to effectively advise on shaping the strategic vision that will drive business growth and deliver on OKRs.

+ Lead and drive sensitive and critical projects for senior leaders by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized scope and approach for resolution in ambiguous situations, then driving to action.

+ Drive operational efficiency to support execution of strategic goals, including but not limited to project prioritization, resource planning and allocation, cross-functional coordination, revenue analysis, and annual business planning.

+ Work directly with the Exchange and Americas Leadership teams to provide day-to-day strategy and operations support.

+ Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Go-To-Market, Analytics, Finance, Central Ops, People Operations, and other cross-functional teams to scope, manage, and execute strategic programs and solutions.
