Minimum qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

* 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications:

* MBA or graduate degree.

* 10 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory.

* Experience leading projects and delivering outcomes.

* Ability to identify and assess strategic opportunities, with knowledge of potential impact on business growth.

* Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to build relationships and gain alignment among diverse stakeholders.

* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and design creative solutions to challenges.

Global Sales Activation (GSA) advances the development of an intuitive, and helpful navigation system that guides teams to deliver more value to customers through better solutions, tools, or processes. The team focuses on supporting the evolving sales operating model and driving operational efficiency.

The Go-To-Market Operations team ensures Google's Ads business runs smoothly and are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.

You will be instrumental in improving sellers' experience executing Global go-to-market strategy, and developing a competitive and customer-centric mindset to customer interactions. You will also support a more effective solutions workflow, leading teams of cross-functional partners to deliver Google Ads products to sellers and customers with clear processes, roles, and responsibilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

* Develop global go-to-market strategies to improve sales workflows with a focus on applications related to the plan, pitch, implement, and evaluate sales life-cycle.

* Lead cross-functional working teams with stakeholders across Global Sales Activation, Global Product Solutions, tools, and partner go-to-market organizations to drive sponsorship, alignment, and execution.

* Design and influence execution for strategy development (e.g., project planning, milestones, pilots/success metrics, and governance).

* Create and deliver clear written communications and presentations, tailored to audience levels including executive leadership, in support of strategic recommendations and implementation considerations.

* Drive framing, execution, and presentation of analyses and research, both quantitative and qualitative, translating data into insights
