You'll focus on three main areas: 1) identifying and executing on new operational efficiencies for our team of Engagement Managers deploying generative AI solutions at some of the world's biggest companies, 2) developing and executing on our CS enablement program and 3) tackling strategic challenges in partnership wtih our VP to drive the CS function forward as we rapidly scale.Overall in this role you'll identify new opportunities, diagnose and solve problems, and unblock key objectives to help one of our most critical, rapidly growing teams to scale. Ability to diagnose a variety of problems, break them down, and solution in an impactful way.High velocity execution skills to keep many work streams on track; natural attention to the small detail.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to adjust styles to the internal and external audiences.Comfort with data manipulation and visualization to communication key insights in a value-added way.Proven ability to collaborate with busy leaders at all levels, including the C-Suite, to drive initiatives forward.Self-motivated, adaptable, and resilient. Highly motivated and self-driven, with a strong desire to exceed expectations.Willingness to embrace challenges, experiment and continuously learn through high-quality feedback and new workstreams.
