QUALIFICATIONS: Graduation from high school or possession of a General Educational Development (GED) Diploma; or completion of tenth (10th) grade and two (2) years' experience in heavy manual labor; or an equivalent combination of training and experience per Personnel Policies and Procedures, Section 128. Refer to the Streets and Stormwater Operators Progression criterion document for additional requirements.
