ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Check for removal of rails, bullheads and kickers prior to stripping panel.
- Ensure that all nails are removed from mold material.
- Dull edges of concrete using a hand stone before stripping panels.
- Ensure that all rigging is inspected prior to being used. Assist with clean-up of production area after stripping process is completed.
- Assist with preparing panels for final finishing in the yard.
- Assist with special projects as directed by supervision.
- Complete all tasks that are assigned by supervisor in the safest and most efficient means possible.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
- High School education required.
- Good Communication skills required. (both oral and written)
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to follow directions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to let and carry 50LBS for extended amount of time.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/ ADA ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, twist, and walk, must be able to use various hand tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance on elevated surfaces; and stoop, kneel squat or crawl. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Constant and continual medium to heavy manual, physical labor is required for this position. WORKING CONDITIONS:

- Exposed to suspended loads and overhead obstructions
- Exposed to machine noise associated with cranes and heavy equipment.
- Exposed to dust associated with wood working, concrete products, and concrete repair.
