Responsibilities:The Stroke Data Analyst (SDA) is responsible for ensuring that stroke patients within the Garnet Health System receive care in compliance with DNV and NYS DOH guidelines for Stroke Center Designation. They will establish and maintain the efficient operation of the stroke registry. The (SDA) will be responsible for collating the stroke registry in reports to identify opportunities for positive patient outcomes. The SDA will work in partnership with the Stroke Medical Director and various members of the Stroke Leadership Team in support of patient care and evidence based clinical practice.

Compensation for the role is $65,871-$82,339 annually.
Garnet Health System provides a compensation range to comply with the New York State law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits. When determining a team members compensation and/or rate, several factors may be considered as applicable (e.g., location, specialty, service line, years of relevant experience, education, credentials, negotiated contracts, budget and internal equity).
Qualifications:Minimum Education:
Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Nursing preferred
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
Minimum Experience:
Three (3) years of acute care experience as an RN preferred Two (2) years of experience in caring for stroke patients preferred
Required Certification/Registration:
Current and ongoing NYS RN license.
Required Skills: Requires demonstrated practical knowledge of common office software applications including Power Point, Excel, Word, etc. Requires demonstrated experience using EPIC in a clinical setting.
Physical Requirements:
Work is primarily sedentary with intermittent standing and walking.
