Position OverviewThe Structural Designer will be responsible for creating detailed structural designs and plans for various construction projects. This role involves collaborating with engineers and architects to ensure that designs meet both safety and aesthetic standards while adhering to building codes and regulations.Key Responsibilities
- Develop detailed structural designs and specifications for various projects.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to integrate structural requirements into project designs.
- Review and analyze project specifications and engineering calculations.
- Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and make necessary adjustments to designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Structural Designer or in a similar role.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
