Conduct inspections on commercial and residential construction sites to evaluate the strength, stability, and safety of structures; Identify potential risks and structural vulnerabilities by examining construction plans and specifications and propose effective solutions; Communicate necessary corrections and improvements to stakeholders based on inspection findings; Monitor and enforce strict adherence to safety protocols and standards on construction sites. Must have licenses of International Code Council - Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector; International Code Council - Structural Masonry Special Inspector; American Concrete Institute - ACI Associate Concrete Construction Special Inspector; and American Concrete Institute - ACI Concrete Field Testing.Minimum Salary: 126,714 Maximum Salary: 126,714 Salary Unit: Yearly
