This role is perfect for a seasoned professional with a strong background in structural engineering for a number of different project types. The role requires a deep understanding of building design, wood, structural steel, and concrete construction. Responsibilities 1. Design and analyze structural components and systems in accordance with the latest engineering principles and codes. 2. Use advanced structural analysis software like RISA and Enercalc to perform complex calculations and simulations. 3. Collaborate with architects, construction managers, and other engineers to ensure the structural integrity of various building projects. 4. Prepare detailed reports, drawings, and specifications for each project. 5. Participate in project meetings and provide critical input on structural design aspects. 6. Ensure all designs and projects comply with local and national building codes and regulations. Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. A Master's degree or EIT license is a plus. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on wood, structural steel, and concrete construction. 3. Proficiency in structural analysis software such as RISA and Enercalc. 4. Strong knowledge of AutoCAD. 5. Excellent skills in production engineering and project management. 6.
