Have you heard? Advantage Resourcing is seeking new talent in Broussard, LA, ready to partner with a manufacturing company. We are hiring an experienced Structural Fitter with at least three years of fitter experience ready for the next step of their career!Structural Fitter responsibilities: Read and follow blueprints and layout specifications, align parts or workpieces to prepare for proper assembly, and position, align, fit, and weld parts to complete units. The candidate will utilize fabricating machines to bend, cut, form, punch, drill, form components, and lift components using cranes or other lifting equipment.We ask that talent pass a welding test and be hard-working. Your dedication and work ethic will not go unnoticed! Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, bend, or walk for long periods while being able to lift 50 pounds if needed.Schedules available:

• Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am, Monday - Friday | $21 - $23 per hour (Depending on experience)
• Day Shift: 6:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday | $22 - $24 per hour (Depending on experience)
