Structural Project Manager Engineer 100k-125k
- Lead projects start to finish from proposal through construction administration:
- Author proposals with scope and fee development
- Coordinate with clients to establish achievable project schedules
- Coordinate within the team for staffing needs and allocations based on project deadlines
- Develop workplan to complete projects on schedule and budget
- Coordinate invoicing with accounting
- Experienced with modeling and drafting using Revit
- Experienced with structural design software packages (RAM Suite and Tedds )
- Experienced with field survey, design, and production of construction drawings, preparation of specifications, and construction administration
Structural Engineer Requirements:
- BS Civil Engineering, with an emphasis on structural engineering.
- Minimum 7-15 years of experience.
- Knowledge of Building Codes and various design codes and references;
- Knowledge of construction drawing standards;
- Excellent communication and writing skills who can handle simple to complex projects across a varied staff;
- Attention to detail and highly organized;
- Self-starter, able to work independently and able to multi-task while achieving deadlines.
