Associate – Portfolio Analytics (CLO/CDO/ABL)

Diameter Capital Partners is a leading credit focused investment management firm with over $16 billion in assets under management. The Firm has over 80 employees and is headquartered in New York City with additional offices in London and West Palm Beach. The Firm has thirteen active CLO & CDOs and has plans to expand in both the US and Europe. The Firm has recently launched a new Private Credit business, which will include a Business Development Company (BDC) with significant seed capital and an experienced management team.
Position Overview
Diameter is seeking an experienced and dynamic Portfolio Analytics Associate. The successful candidate will be responsible for the operations and debt compliance for CLOs, CDO's and ABL facilities, You will collaborate closely with senior members of the Structured Credit and Private Credit business, as well as other senior members of the broader Diameter management team.
Work will take place onsite at Diameter's New York office.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations related to structured credit products, including collateralized debt obligations (CDOs), collateralized loan obligations (CLOs) and Asset Backed Lending Facilities (ABLs)
Working closely with the shadow provider and trustees, model indenture terms and monitor daily portfolio indenture compliance.
Manage portfolio attribution and data enrichment.
Manage EOD reporting to management.
Work with shadow provider and trustees to provide reporting to warehouse and debt providers.
Coordinating monthly and quarterly report reconciliations between trustees and shadow provider.
Calculating and reconciling waterfall payments with trustees.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, math or finance. Other majors will be considered depending on the candidate's profile and experience.
Proven track record of at least 2-3 years of finance/operations experience at a credit focused asset manager or service provider with exposure to structured credit.
