The Firm:

A prestigious global law firm in New York is seeking an ambitious mid-level Associate to join their expanding Structured Finance practice group. This team is highly regarded for its expertise in the structured transactions space in addition to working on residential mortgage-backed securities transactions (RMBS) and securitizations, acting largely for financial institutions and financial services companies.

The Role:

In this role, you will assist in in the structuring of complex financial transactions, including securitizations, asset-backed securities (ABS), and collateralized loan obligations.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in corporate and / or finance transactions (background in structured finance and securitization is preferred, but not required)
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Ability to work independently in a collegial, fast-paced environment
