LVI Associates are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our clients Structural Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil or structural engineering, with a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects. This role requires a Professional Engineer (PE) license and a Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Design and Analysis: Perform detailed engineering design and analysis for various civil and structural projects, including buildings, bridges, and infrastructure.
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
  • Compliance and Standards: Ensure all projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the highest standards of engineering excellence.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and resolve engineering issues and challenges promptly and efficiently.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Licensure: Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in civil or structural engineering.
  • Skills:
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, STAAD, etc.).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
