Position Specific Summary This student ambassador position at the Corcoran is an exciting leadership role at the school. This student will assist with prospective students and help with student engagement initiatives to connect current students with each other and to build community. Ambassadors provide support for the Corcoran Recruitment and Admissions Office between 7-12 hours each week. Responsibilities may include: leading Discover the Arts tours of campus, assisting with managing events, answering inquiries, meeting with students and professors, social media takeovers, and other duties as assigned. Tasks may include: representing the department/program at a variety of functions such as events across campus and in the wider community, giving tours or presentations for the department/program, and/or offer peer-to-peer guidance on a group or individual basis. Special projects or other duties may be assigned related to specific departmental needs.
