Job Summary

Afternoon/Evening Front Desk Receptionist
Hours: M: 5pm-7pm, T: 1pm-7pm, W: 12pm-5pm, Th: 1pm-5pm, F: 12pm-2pm
Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Ensure that each student/customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every student/customer, maintaining outstanding standards, and all other aspects of customer service.
* Assist students with making appointments and all other self-service options in SSC Campus.
* Answer incoming calls and direct callers to the appropriate person or department.
* Responsibilities will include data entry, filing, making copies, restocking of supplies and assisting staff with special projects.
* Maintain an orderly appearance of the work and reception area.
* All other duties as assigned by the Advising Coordinator.
Required Qualifications
Great customer service skills. Previous experience is strongly encouraged
Ability to multitask
Good listening and communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Display honesty and integrity
Must have a 2.5 overall GPA
