Job Summary

Assist and greet incoming visitors/guests, answering telephone calls, distribute incoming mail to staff, keeping the suite clean and tidy. Assist with projects as needed by the Dean, Associate Dean and Assistant Dean of Students as well as the VP and Executive Assistant for Student Affairs.

Responsibilities

* Customer service: Greet visitors and customers, respond to inquiries, and connect people with resources. At times sensitive student information may be discussed. This is Highly Confidential and must be regarded as such;

* Phone calls: Answer a high volume of calls, transfer callers, and provide information. Take down information to pass along to the appropriate staff member;

* Clerical tasks: Process paperwork, distribute mail, and make copies;

* Organization: Keep the front desk and suite clean and organized;

* Other duties: Help with event preparation as requested.

Required Qualifications

Must be enrolled in Fall 24 Classes.Will consider eligible FWS students that meet the criteria.

Proposed Salary

This position is commensurate with education and experience. This position can work up to 25 hours per week.
