General Information:

Advancement Business Applications is a unit in the department of Advancement Information Services. We are seeking a Student Assistant that is organized, detailed and team oriented to help assist in the daily data projects of ABA and as well as specific duties listed below:

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Ability to learn various software applications in an appropriate timeframe.

* Ability to use various software applications to research constituent data.

* Identify and correct data integrity issues by applying quality assurance practices to projects assigned. Maintain hardware in UA Training lab, including software updates on lab computers prior to scheduled training sessions.

* Demonstrates honesty and integrity with constituent data.

* Available to work a minimum of 10 hours and a maximum of 20 hours per pay period. -On-site position only. Not eligible for telecommute.

* Other duties as described.

Qualifications:

Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Conditions of Employment:

Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).

Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
