Log in or register to view more details about this job.Student Assistant - Residential Facilities (University Housing 2024-25)The Student Assistant for Residential Facilities is responsible for supporting the Assistant Director for Residential Facilities as well as providing support for the office of the Assistant Director for Finance and Operations within University Housing.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLSMust have Oakland University email and apply with your Oakland University emailMust have sophomore, junior, or senior class standing or be a graduate student at Oakland University by fall 2024Current cumulative and semester GPA must be 2.75 or higherApplicant must have a valid Michigan driver's license and driving record acceptable to Oakland University.Previous custodial experience is desired.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESGreet in-person guests and answer phonesComplete special projects and other tasks as neededLearn & know the location of all rooms and equipment in the Housing DepartmentDownload information to spreadsheets and specific databasesProvide office support, including scanning, data entry, copying, and filingPerform work-related on-campus errands and keep office areas clean and tidyBe comfortable using the Google Drive platform, including Sheets, Docs, Calendar, Sites, and FormsDOCUMENTS NEEDED TO APPLYResumeCOMPENSATION AND BENEFITS$15/hourWe know applying for a job can be intimidating.
