STUDENT-Attendant for Weight Rooms (Athletics)

Job DescriptionOversee weight room safety, complete assigned cleaning and disinfection tasks, laundry, opening and closing responsibilities. Assist with the daily operations and organizational tasks of the weight rooms. While exemplifying the student employment service philosophy, staff enforce facility rules and regulations, prevent accidents, implement emergency action plans as needed, attend orientation meetings, and keep First Aid and CPR/AED skills at optimum level of performance. Students should be willing and are expected to work a non-traditional schedule between the hours of 11 - 2 pm &/or 8 - 10 pm.Must possess current American Red Cross certifications in the following areas prior to the start date:

Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer

Red Cross First Aid
