Location: Ithaca,NY, USA
Duties
Supervise counselors and campers
Will administer and plan age appropriate programing including games, sports, arts and crafts, and special events to include different departments/majors on campus
Report to camp director for all activities of camp.
Responsible for camper's well-being during scheduled activities.
Responsible for pool buddy checks.
Take attendance at all camper activates/do head counts often during activities
Create relationships with parents and be able to report behavior to parent/guardian
Qualifications-
Must have 3 months prior experience in a child care like setting
Examples include positions such as teaching/substitute, coach, recreation program leader, camp counselor, youth leader, scout leader, or child care provider in a paid or volunteer setting
must have experience prior experience leading camp like activities
must be 18 or older
Must be well organized and be able to keep track of younger aged people
Must be able to communicate well with others
