General Information:
The Student Employment Student Assistant will assist the Student Employment Team in day-to-day operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Process Student Employment hiring paperwork.
* File hiring paperwork in our electronic filing system, OnBase.
* Assist with Student Employment events, such as the annual Job Fair, Student
Employment Appreciation Week, and Resource Fairs as schedule allows.
* Creating and putting together Student Employment flyers and brochures.
* Processing Background Checks.
* Help maintain Social Media Platforms.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Federal Work Study eligible.
* Familiar with computer software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
* Comfortable with Facebook social media platform.
* Willingness to learn hiring processes.
* Able to work as a team member and in an individual setting.

Conditions of Employment:
Students must be degree-seeking students, enrolled on at least a half-time basis (6 credits for undergraduate and 5 credits for graduate).
Students must have a 2.0 or better cumulative GPA.
