The Student Enrichment Coordinator (SEC) will assist the Program Manager of the ABE/GED and Out of School Youth Programs. The primary responsibilities of this position will include employer engagement, presenting career development workshops, providing academic support to students, test proctoring,data entry into LACES, and attending required monthly meetings and training.Salary: $21.59/hourClassification InformationClassification Title:Job Code: 3033 (FT), 3533 (PT)FLSA: Non-ExemptPosition Pay Grade: B/C 13Position Type: Part-TimeSummary StatementAn incumbent is responsible for providing project assistance to a diverse population of secondary school participants in a specific program(s). These programs may be implemented as a result of federal grants, State special funds, or upon the initiative of the College.Nature and ScopeAn incumbent in this class typically reports to a Program Manager and assists secondary school students/program participants in such areas as needs assessment, tutoring coordination, interest inventory, goal identification, etc. in order for them to achieve program goals.
