Duties include: developing and facilitating evening, weekend, in-person, and virtual programs; developing and maintaining faculty partnerships; facilitating marketing initiatives including social media; assisting in assessment; conducting academic intervention; managing application process; and tracking course enrollment.Minimum Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree. One (1) or more years related work experience. An equivalent level of education and/or experience is acceptable.Preferred Education and Experience Master's degree with 3-5 years experience in Residential Life or Living Learning in a university setting; Experience with student management, assessment and database management, training, faculty relationship building, social media management, video and photo editing, StarRez, and Orion.Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, facilitate, and attend weekend/evening/virtual/in-person student programs: Types of programs include social, academic, and pre-professional.
- Develop and maintain faculty relationships
- Manage 2-3 student staff
- Compile various reports including program attendance, faculty involvement, and assessment
- Manage application process and audit course enrollment
- Serve as a primary point of contact with the Residential Life Coordinator
