If you are a Green Dot contract/independent worker, please apply through the External Posting URL.OPPORTUNITYStudent Recruitment Coordinators, under the guidance of the Operations Manager, will drive student recruitment by sourcing leads for schools via three key levers: building strong strategic partnerships with feeder schools, centrally contributing to school-level, organic social media, and leading central marketing efforts. The Student Recruitment Coordinators will be central to executing the organization's student recruitment strategic plan and meeting our 2025 Power Goals. Time will be split between the home office and on-the-ground in the communities we serve.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES> Identify and research feeder schools to determine value and viability of potential partnerships> Develop and execute long-term plans for breaking down barriers and cultivating partnerships that lead to strong feeder patterns> Attend recruitment events and community events, representing a subgroup of schools to develop a pipeline of applicants for the next school year> Follow up with student leads and guide them through the customer journey until the point of school hand-off> Interact with parents of middle and high school aged students to understand their awareness and perceptions of Green Dot schools and share information> Collect and document parent and community feedback to inform Green Dot leaders of ways to make and keep Green Dot schools attractive and competitive> Use insights gathered from the community to influence new recruitment materials and tactics, including differentiated collateral for various stakeholder groups (e.g., parents, students, feeder school staff, community organizations, community leaders)> Help an assigned subgroup of schools to implement annual student recruitment plans that align with student enrollment goals> Produce and post student recruitment focused social media> Employ key strategies to expand schools' organic reach on social media> Interact with prospective students and parents, feeder schools, community organizations, and community leaders on social media> Support other student recruitment-related special projects and tasks, as neededQUALIFICATIONSAs an ideal candidate, you will:> have a bachelor's degree or commensurate work experience (required)> have 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment> be able to quickly gain trust and build symbiotic relationships> have experience executing multiple high-priority projects, producing high quality deliverables on time> be able to research, learn, and apply new skills quickly, think creatively to solve problems, and thrive in ambiguous environments with limited direction on next steps> possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail> demonstrate ability to communicate clearly verbally, as well as, via email, bullet point updates, and slide presentations> be comfortable with negotiation and demonstrable ability to influence others> have an effective teamwork orientation with the ability to communicate and interact effectively with multiple constituencies, including leadership, school leaders and staff, parents, students, and community members> be hardworking, motivated and self-directed;
