Summary of Duties: The student Success Coach serves as a member of the building student support team and provides both direct and indirect support to students as directed by licensed staff. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Building professional relationships with students who may be struggling in various areas via check and connect type programming
- Providing in-class support by helping students work toward achievement of student specific improvement plans
- Providing academic support as needed
- Assisting in general student supervision as assigned by licensed staff
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of and experience in working with middle school students
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, ever changing environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong desire to support the achievement of middle school students
