Flexible working hoursDesired Length of Employment: Summer/Fall/Spring/OngoingPay Rate: 10.00Job Description: The Marketing Account Manager effectively communicate the programs, events, services, and facility information for each of the department's program areas to the broader Baylor community.Curate all marketing-related content for the assigned departmental group/program.>Create, review, and deploy relevant media (videos, pictures, graphics) through appropriate channels in a timely and effective manner>Monitor upcoming, recurring and special activities, programs and events to pre-plan, create and deploy marketing content>Review all materials for accuracy and appropriateness prior to release>Work with Marketing team, program directors and key contributors to ensure communications meets their needs>Partner with other Account Managers to support their specific departmental programs>Participate, contribute and work cooperatively with marketing team members to meet content creation and marketing objectives>Attend weekly Marketing Team meetings* Creativity and a willingness to learn from others* Passion for sports, recreation and/or wellness* Interest in staging, shooting, and editing live-action photography and videography* Experience deploying content and engaging target audiences with compelling graphics* Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or other creative software* Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines* Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on attention to detail* Provide marketing and communications support to assigned area of responsibility* Assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to marketing and communications* Support marketing and communications strategies and perform duties accordingly* Exhibit a willingness to take initiative and work independently and collaboratively* Ability to comply with University policies* Maintain regular and punctual attendanceEmployer: Baylor UniversityWork Location: McLane Student Life CenterWork Address:209 Speight Ave, Waco, Tx 76706
