Job Description:

Graduate Student Worker Responsibilities

Summary: To assist the Clinic Director and Office staff with clinical operations at the Ladge Speech and Hearing Center

Assist with set up and break up of therapy rooms for individual and group sessions

Assist with organization and maintenance of Evidence Based Practice Reference materials

Assist clients with technology needs in group and in correspondence with staff

Support of communication of clients in groups as needed with the supervisors and graduate clinicians

Assist with preparation of materials and marketing of programs to medical and education programs, as well as to clients and families

Assist with maintenance of up to date test inventory

Assist with organization of therapy material by categories and maintain materials / finding missing test and therapy materials

Assist with assurance safety of children and adults as they ambulate through clinic, bathroom and to car

Assist with telephone and written correspondence for clients and upkeep of scheduling board

Assisting with scheduling and cancellation notifications

Assist with updating of social media sites and public relations materials including Facebook and other as recommended by the marketing department

Assist with update of new clinical applications on 10 I pads

Assist with maintenance of USB drives with templates and forms

Assist with initialization of client CDS and memory cards for client taping

Assist with organization and maintenance of client mailboxes, lockers and storage areas through P touch

Assist with researching and recommendation of purchasing needs for relevant tests and materials

Assist with record keeping of client charts and charting
