Job Description:
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES OF THE CLASS: This is an unskilled position in which students perform a variety of tasks while receiving their education. Work is performed under direct supervision.
TYPICAL WORK ACTIVITIES:
Answers the telephone and provides routine information to callers;
Performs routine filing;
Performs simple typing;
May act as courier;
May perform cleaning and maintenance duties;
Performs a variety of tasks as required.
Requirements:
FULL PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS:
Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions;
Ability to write legibly;
Clerical aptitude.
