The Studio Art Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the associates of the Art Department at Post University. This position requires approximately 25 hours per week and is a year-round position. Location: Post University Main Campus - MAC 109 Supervisor: Tracy Collamore: Program Chair of Art. Rate of Pay: Minimum Wage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the Studio Art Assistant is to assist with the daily operations of the Post University Art Department which includes, but is not limited to:Assist Art AF's with providing support to students during classes. Maintain Art classrooms, kiln room, and Art Office as needed. Recycle/repurpose clay for Ceramics. Assist with finishing drawings with fixative spray. Other projects and duties as assigned.
