Endeavor is also the majority owner of TKO Group Holdings (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE.Key Responsibilities and AccountabilitiesThe Role and What You'll Do:The Studio Associate Producer (bilingual) position will be responsible for creating video elements and graphics in support of MLS Season Pass studio programming. This position requires full written & verbal Spanish fluency. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of soccer, experience in television production, and a creative approach. The ability to work within tight deadlines to develop engaging, consistent content will be vital.
  • Follow nightly action and develop time-sensitive video content and graphics in live television environment
  • Research and build necessary insert graphics as requested by show producers
  • Gather video content and produce elements as assigned
  • Work with editors and tape operators to create video elements ranging from highlights to b-rolls to high-end teases and bumps
  • Explore video databases and archives to obtain content for assigned shows
  • Complete research requests from on-air talent and production staff utilizing multiple databases
  • Develop and execute story ideas for studio programming
  • Support production team by assisting with quality control of video content, graphics, and scripts
  • Monitor all on-air content to ensure accuracy and product standards
  • Prioritize and distribute potentially complicated information within tight deadlines
  • Utilize social media for developing stories, memorable statistics, and significant news
  • You Have These:
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Live sports TV production experience is a must
  • Previous experience in live television tape and/or graphics roles
  • Strong understanding of soccer, specifically MLS and its clubs, players, and history
  • Excellent collaborative and communication skills
  • Poise in time-sensitive and quick-turnaround environments
  • Ability to determine worthy content that breaks through the noise
  • Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks and take ownership of your workload
  • Attention to detail, scale, instructions, and accuracy
  • Good timekeeping and work ethic that is characterized by commitment, motivation, and energy
Travel:Limited travel may be required.Location:Candidate will be based in or near New York City and should expect to be in studio 4-5 days per week. Endeavor strives to provide locally competitive rewards packages, which include base rate along with, as applicable, short- and long-term incentives, growth and developmental opportunities, and robust benefits, such as health care, retirement, vacation and other paid time off, and additional offerings.Hiring Range Minimum:$58,500 annuallyHiring Range Maximum: $75,000 annually
