Any changes to this working model would be communicated accordingly.What you will be doing:Using best practices, provide timely and consistent digital post-production services for all types of still photography assignments.Retouch and enhance digital images to correct imperfections, improve clarity, color accuracy, and overall visual quality.Adjust and balance colors, tones, and contrast to achieve the desired mood or style while maintaining a natural look.Isolate subjects from their backgrounds and replace backgrounds when necessary to achieve the desired composition.Perform digital manipulations such as resizing, cropping, and reshaping to achieve the desired composition and layout.Review images for consistency and accuracy, ensuring that they meet the project's specifications and expectations.Work closely with photographers, art directors, and graphic designers to understand project requirements and provide creative input.Organize and maintain digital image files and archives for easy retrieval and reference.Stay updated on industry trends, software tools, and techniques to continuously improve skills and workflow efficiency.Skills needed to be successful in this role:Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.A keen eye for detail is essential to ensure that images are retouched with precision and accuracy.Manage multiple projects and remain flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.Minimum Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.3 years of retouching/image editing/color correction of beauty tools, products and models in-house studio, agency, or corporate design department.Experience in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat.Portfolio in the form of PDF or website along with the application.Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in photography, graphic design, visual arts, or a related fieldAdobe After Effects, Premiere and DimensionBenefits: Salary Bonus, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, 401(k) with company match, Basic Life Insurance, Short Term Disability (STD), Long Term Disability (LTD), Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Charitable (volunteer) Leave, and Educational Assistance.Wondering if you should apply?
