Perspire is the original Infrared Sauna Studio! We started in California, and are expanding rapidly throughout the entire nation! We strive to provide the services and environment necessary to bring both personal and professional development to each of our team members. The culture of Perspire has been designed to make people feel seen and heard and that starts with our team members.

You'll be joining our first NYC studio, located in Williamsburg at 185 North 8th Street, Brooklyn, NY.

Here's what you'll do as a Studio Associate:

• Welcome guests to our studio at our front desk and answer all questions about services and the facility
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to our leads using our established process and software with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow-up appointments
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility's towel supply area
• Attend occasional community outreach events to promote our studio

Here's what you need to bring:

• A genuine desire to promote positivity and provide exceptional service
• Excellent English communication skills
• A consistently fantastic team-player attitude
• A verifiable history of excellent attendance
• Evening and weekend availability
• Prior experience in fitness, wellness or other retail sales is not required but considered a definite asset

• Hourly Pay + commission or bonuses based on types of memberships sold
