Front Desk / Studio Team Sales Associate - PlainviewFront Desk / Studio Team Sales AssociateCITYROW is looking for individuals to join our crew as a Studio Team Sales Associate in Plainview, NY.Studio Team Front Desk / Sales Associates are responsible for checking members in and selling prospectiveclients on the benefits of CITYROW and upselling existing clients on additional services, all while simultaneously providing first-class customer service. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with a strong background in customer service and sales. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and under minimal supervision.Responsibilities:Execute sales of new memberships and servicesAct as a point of contact for client inquiriesField and respond to all client inquiries in a timely mannerWarmly and enthusiastically greet clients and facilitate class check-insProcess a wide variety of retail transactionsMaintain studio cleanliness and appearanceQualifications:College degree or currently enrolled/completing your degreeMust have customer service experience; boutique fitness/gym experience preferredMust be able to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, early mornings, and/or eveningsWe are looking for candidates with morning or evening, and weekend availability; 15-25 hours per week to start with the opportunity for more.Applicants should include in the body of their response:Copy of their resumeCover letter and list of qualificationsCompensation: $18.00 per hourThis franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
