Position SummaryResponsible for processing merchandise, unloading or unpacking, stocking shelves, and supporting sales associate on the sales floor. The runner is responsible for receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory under the supervision of the stock supervisor and store management team. This position requires a close attention to detail, time management, the ability of physical labor, and strong organizational skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Steam, sensor and tag merchandise after being accepted in the system
- Support visual team when needed
- Perform sensor and tags swipe constantly
- Maintain stockroom organization and sales floor drawers nice and organized
- Label all shoes & small leather goods clearly
- Pull and confirm orders from Farfetch and effectively communicate with online operations team
- May be required to lift heavy weight
- Maintain standards of cleanliness and organization
- Maintain store, employee area, stockroom and bathroom to Company standards
- Involve in physical inventory and reconciliation process
- Pull and prepare merchandise to be sent returned to vendors
- Support the stock associates with the execution of markdowns
- Replenish sales floor using reports when needed
- Perform spot checks by categories and brands frequently
- Work with sales associates on client's order to be shipped
- Assist sales associates with clients' needs and requests
- Demonstrate high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with clients, peers and management team
