As a Subaru Parts Consultant, you will be the key point of contact for customers and technicians regarding Subaru parts and accessories. Your role will involve providing expert advice, managing parts inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous parts experience required. What We Offer

  • Hourly Rate: $24 - $30 per hour, depending on experience.
  • Commission: Based on hours flagged:
    • 3,800.00 - 3,999.99 hours: $200.00
    • 4,000.00 - 4,199.99 hours: $300.00
    • 4,200.00+ hours: $400.00 (Tiers are subject to change per management at any time.)
  • NPS Bonus:
    • Monthly NPS 72.0 - 77.9: $200.00
    • Monthly NPS 78.0+: $300.00 (NPS tiers are subject to change per management at any time.)
Responsibilities
  • Assist service technicians by quickly and accurately retrieving parts needed for vehicle repairs.
  • Provide expert guidance to customers on selecting the right parts and accessories for their Subaru vehicles.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient parts inventory, ensuring availability of frequently used parts.
  • Process and fulfill parts orders, both in-person and online, while maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely parts availability, minimizing vehicle downtime.
  • Keep up-to-date with Subaru product knowledge, including new parts, accessories, and technologies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and reduce discrepancies.
  • Handle returns, exchanges, and warranty parts efficiently, following company policies.
  • Assist in organizing promotional displays and campaigns to highlight parts and accessories.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an automotive parts department, preferably with Subaru or similar brands.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and point-of-sale systems.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
  • WA state driver's license is required
  • Clear and Clean driving abstract is required
  • Background check, reference check & drug screen is required
