Supply Chain's vision is to enable customer and mission success through supply chain strategies and execution that deliver superior operational program performance and create competitive advantage through continuous improvement. It is our mission to deliver affordable supply chain solutions that meet all program requirements and manage supply chain risks to ensure positive supplier performance through all phases of the program life-cycle from capture to sustainment. This role will offer you the following daily challenges: • Administering subcontract effort of suppliers across the Mission Solutions portfolio. • Working with the members of the LM Subcontractor Management Team (SPM, CPE, QA & various SMEs), administering the subcontract through all phases of the procurement process, from contract award to contract closeout • Ensuring that the program performance, quality, and mission success requirements are flowed to the supplier and that the supplier is managed to ensure commitments and requirements are met • Ensuring compliance with all appropriate prime contract flow downs and will be responsible for new business requirements, to include RFP's to assigned supplier, technical evaluations, and Basis of Estimate requirements thru negotiations and definitization of the subcontractor • Oversees the negotiation and coordination of additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts Basic Qualifications: To be successful, you will need to possess these basic qualifications: • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, • 2 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, and/or Category Management) • Experience working with SAP, P2P, or equivalent ERP Software. • Demonstrated ability to bring matters/issues to successful closure. • Understanding and working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. • Experience in administering multiple contract types. • You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Desired Skills: To be successful, ideally, you should also have: • Familiarity with Mission Solutions programs is considered a plus. • Ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members. • Experience working in a collaborative/teaming environment. • Working knowledge of the Lockheed Martin Global Supply Chain organization. • Business acumen, attention to contractual detail, and ability to make business-based decisions. • Ability to organize and prioritize assignments. • Ability to analyze a problem and recommend solutions • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and work well under pressure. • Demonstrated experience with the Lockheed Martin Acquisition procedures. • Experience in negotiating favorable outcomes in supplier negotiations. • You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD TOP SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits. Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $55,100 - $105,800. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
