Key Role:
Utilize world class learning and development programs while building meaningful relationships with executive leadership, a diverse team of procurement professionals, a large supply base, program teams, and other cross functional internal partners. Lead and manage a team of procurement professionals delivering full life cycle support to Military and Intelligence Community clients. Develop and lead the team's operational performance with a focus on implementing a strategic vision, growing capabilities and offerings, implementing industry trends and best practices, and meeting business objectives and strategies. Provide counsel to executive leadership on procurement strategy, anticipate business needs, develop practical solutions, and produce actionable guidance on contractual matters, including contract types, regulatory and corporate policy compliance requirements, and risk management and mitigation.
