Responsibilities include organizing services, resolving issues, and improving patient care.What You'll Do
- Orchestrating and publicising programs, including delivering training and continuous learning opportunities for our team.
- Acting as a conduit between the team, advisory committee, and facility management, including the marketing team.
- Engaging in and coordinating the annual planning and review of programs.
- Planning, conducting, and sharing evaluations of our program's efficacy.
- Gathering and processing all results-related data promptly and accurately.
- Enforcing ongoing quality improvement initiatives to meet the standards of relevant regulatory bodies.
- Handling program-related correspondence and records, ensuring medical records are up-to-date, verifying patient charges, reconciling accounts, managing payroll, and evaluating financial summaries.
- Handling patient concerns regarding our services, resolving these issues and documenting the resolution process.
- Managing medication as per program protocols, when requested by the patient's doctor.

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Have a minimum of (3) three years professional nursing experience
- Currently have or can get a BLS certification within 30 days of employment if not already certified
PREFERRED:
- Masters degree
- Obtain an ONCC certification within six months of start date.
