The Counselor will adhere to the vision and mission of the Company.Duties and Responsibilities:Maintain caseload per State RegulationsAssures incoming patients have psychosocial assessment and a interpretive summary according to the timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure ManualCompletes, with patient participation, a Preliminary Treatment Plan according to the timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure Manual.Completes a Treatment Plan Review and update for each patient after completion of the Comprehensive Treatment Plan according to the timeline in the ARS Policies and Procedure ManualPrepares an aftercare transition plan for all patients at the earliest possible time and to review prior to dischargeBe proficient with State Licensure Standards, CARF Standards, 42 CFR and HIPAA standards and Company policiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work or similarMasters PreferredMust be CSAC or eligible for CSAC supervision
