Job DetailsJob Location 213 West 35th St SCIF Clinic - New York, NY Position Type Full Time Education Level High School Salary Range $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Salary/year Travel Percentage Up to 25% Job Shift Day Job Category Nonprofit - Social Services DescriptionJOB SCOPE: Provides clinical services and coordination of care in an integrated community environment. Provides consultation to clinical teams for clients with dual diagnosis including Mental Health, Substance Use and Medical needs. This position requires clinical experience, and the desire to work as part of a team. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: •Conduct groups and individual sessions in the clinic setting and in the community. •Conducts home and community visits. •Provides ongoing clinical services to assigned caseload and provides consultation for clients who may need services or are in need of short term clinical interventions. •Provide services in an evidence based manner to encourage retention in services. •Refer to additional services as appropriate. •Function within an interdisciplinary team to provide high quality and evidenced based services. •Participates in interdisciplinary team case conferences. •Participates in internal and external committees. •Participates in internal and external CQI projects. •Provides supervision to students based on agency need. •Performs other duties, consistent with the goals and objectives of the program, as directed by Director. QualificationsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: •CASAC or CASAC-T (Dual Bachelor or Masters preferred). •Must be outcome oriented in a fast paced environment with deadlines.
